The Noosa Health Precinct will offer 3,800sqm of dedicated medical space, with sizes ranging from 70sqm to 1,033sqm.
Cancer Care Associates has committed to the development, taking over 1,300sqm for a specialised Cancer Care centre. The specialised centre will include radiation oncology, medical oncology and haematology services, oncology pharmacy and access to clinical trials.
In addition, agreements are underway with a radiology provider and a comprehensive Breast Clinic provider for a further 1200sqm.
The Noosa Health Precinct has been specifically designed for medical specialties with patient and specialist convenience being a strong consideration during design. The building will be both attractive and functional, and provide a highly sought-after amenity to the Noosa region.
