Our Story

The opportunity has finally arrived to be part of Noosa’s first dedicated, purpose built Health Precinct.

Noosa Health Precinct offer a range of medical spaces with sizes ranging from 100m2*.

Situated on Hofmann Drive, the facility will offer over 6,000m2* of state-of-the-art medical space, including a day hospital.

Medical Specialties

The facility has been designed to accommodate all medical specialties in one precinct including radiation oncology with an underground bunker. Patient and specialist convenience have been a strong consideration during the design phase to create a precinct that is both attractive and functional. The facility will provide a highly sought after amenity to the area and fulfill future health care needs in the Noosa region.

The Noosa Health Precinct will be a world class medical facility, providing an integrated multifunctional, multidisciplinary health care hub delivering the latest technology in health care for the Noosa area.

Strenght of Location

The development will provide Noosa’s first, multi-theatre, purpose built day hospital.

The Noosa Health Precinct is to be situated centrally within the burgeoning Noosaville commercial hub opposite the Noosa Civic Town Centre (the region’s only sub-regional shopping centre).

Situated 140km north of Brisbane, Noosaville benefits from an established population, which is further supported by a significant hospitality and tourism industry that provides an average of 16,345* additional people to the region each day.

The Sunshine Coast’s strong future population growth, including a further projected 214,615* residents by 2041, provides a strong foundation for future economic growth (QLD Govt Statistician’s Office, 2018).

The Sunshine Coast economy, worth $17.28 billion in the 2019 financial year has outpaced most Australian regional economies over the past 15 years (NIEIR 2019; AEC 2018). It is anticipated to grow in a strong sustainable manner over the next 20 years to reach $33 billion* in 2033, fuelled by an increased in knowledge based jobs, exports and household income.

Given this idyllic location, the precinct is perfectly positioned to benefit from the growing medical tourism industry.
