Construction & Leasing Update

Despite weeks of rain delays during Autumn, we’re thrilled to announce several major milestones for the Noosa Health Precinct project.

The roof is now completed, the ground floor concrete has been poured for buildings 1 and 2, and the suspended slab for building 1 is also in place. Our world-class medical and specialist center, located at 36–40 Hofmann Drive, is progressing swiftly. Please watch the construction update video for a visual reference.

Our joint venture partner and major tenant, Cancer Care Noosa, has begun early works on their 1,300sqm facility. This state-of-the-art center will offer radiation oncology, medical oncology and hematology services, an oncology pharmacy, and access to clinical trials.

The complex is already 73% leased, and we are now focusing on attracting like-minded specialists who seek the best facilities in Noosa. With only a few suites remaining, now is the time to join us so we can incorporate your tenancy needs into our design.
